OUR MISSION
The purpose of the Chemical Dependency Training Consortium of the Northwest is to provide low-cost, quality training for the staff, interns and volunteers of member agencies and other professional caregivers. All training provided is NAADAC approved and designed to meet Washington State Department of Health (DOH) training requirements.

NEW...LOWER REGISTRATION FEES!! Just $50 for members, $75 for non-members and $20 for students.

**PLEASE NOTE** Pre-registration and payment IN ADVANCE is required due to limited seating.

Payments should be post marked no later than seven days prior to training date.

Goal of Training
We encourage anyone from our member agencies and non-members as well to attend our Annual Meeting. This is a time for change, a time of nominations for new board members. If you are interested in becoming a board member, please show up. We also welcome and would entertain any motions made by member agencies. If you would like your voice to be heard on how we can provide a better service to our communities, please show up and let your voice be heard.

After the Annual Meeting we will have our FREE 2 CEU training on the topic of The Role of Nutrition in Treatment of Chemical Dependency

Goal of Training:

Participants will learn the latest research data on connection of drug cravings, depression and compulsive behavior with diet and nutrition. The special focus will be made on the role of balanced diet and supplements in treatment of chemical dependency and restoration of good health.

Behavioral Objectives
Participants will learn about: 1. Nutritional deficiences in chemical dependent patients. 2. Food’s connection to stress: what we can do to relieve it, 3. The use of food and food supplements in detoxification and craving management. 4. Improving health by meeting nutritional needs. 5. Foods proven to enhanced recovery.

Trainer
Olga Parker, Ph.D., CADC III, Olga Parker is certified with the International Board of Addiction Professionals and ACCBO. She has worked with addiction issues worldwide. She graduated from Moscow State University in Russia and has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She has a specialty in Neuropsychology.

Olga Parker has been working as a psychologist and a psychotherapist for 28 years in Russia and the US. She is a Clinical Director at Modus Vivendi LLC., which provides outpatient treatment for chemical dependency and mental health. She has been successfully working with both English and Russian speaking population for the past 19 years during her career in the US. For the past 12 years Olga has been facilitated parenting classes, alcohol and drug treatment groups, domestic violence classes and family enrichment groups for Russian speaking clients.>br>
Olga Parker developed and successfully implemented a series of workshops on innovative approaches to chemical dependency treatment with the focus on treatment of patients with trauma-related syndrome, spirituality approach in chemical dependency and treatment of special population groups, i.e. Eastern European, women, etc...

in our classrooms are set and cannot be changed.
